Services / Design & Planning
A landscaping project does not have to be overwhelming. Design first, then construction, with one team across both.
The work
Whether you are reworking a yard or landscaping new construction, the work breaks into two phases: design and construction.
Design is research, ideas, and planning. You work with a landscape designer or architect who focuses on residential work. Together you decide what the yard is for, which features belong, and which style fits. You leave that phase with a plan for hardscape, outdoor living, and plants.
Construction is the build. Designers stay close to the landscapers and builders so the plan survives contact with the site. After testing and cleaning, the yard is ready for people. Three months later we run a checklist so everything is still at its best.
Who it’s for
Grading, new sod, and seeding, so a new place starts with grass and gardens instead of bare ground.
It is not too late for the yard you actually wanted. Hardscape, lighting, or straightforward care, plus monthly packages through the season.
Grass, flower beds, trees, and shrubs kept healthy. A business’s curb appeal says something about the brand before anyone walks in.
